About Dave
Dave Anderson has been in real estate since 2010. Dave has a special appreciation for houses and architecture; before becoming a broker, he worked in construction as a general contractor and homebuilder. His background in construction is one of the most valuable assets that Dave brings to every transaction with clients.
His connections with builders and contractors are beneficial to many of his clients. Especially those interested in doing maintenance, flipping, or clients wanting to build their dream property. Dave can give industry-level advice about any maintenance issues or deficiencies that might be related to the home they are buying. On the other hand, he can advise on improvements to maximize the sale price of a home.
When he has free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his four boys, coaching his kids’ sports, motorcycling, snowboarding, backpacking and spending time in the outdoors.
Negotiations
The most important skill that Dave brings to the table is his ability to negotiate and get things done quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are getting the most accurate and timely information to get their home sold quickly and efficiently. He pays attention to every detail to create a smooth and seamless transaction. Marketing is also extremely important in real estate. Dave’s team makes sure that they are keeping up with the ever-changing marketing strategies in the new information age.The
Mission
Dave’s goal is to provide unequaled service and representation to all his clients with an ongoing concierge service approach. He is based in the John L. Scott Woodinville office and primarily services the Eastside, the Seattle area and south Snohomish County. However, he will venture off to wherever his clients and their referrals take him!
Woodinville
A lot of people know Woodinville for our world-class wineries and breweries, but those of us lucky enough to live here know it’s much more than that. It’s one of the best places in the Pacific Northwest to call home. Like a lot of towns in Western Washington, Woodinville started out as a logging community. Later, the rich soil and temperate climate gave rise to farms. Today, Woodinville is a destination for wine, spirits, beer and food lovers. Summer concerts at Chateau Ste. Michelle, outdoor movies at Redhook Brewery, dinner at the impeccable Herbfarm, and hot air balloon rides attract folks from the around the world and down the street. The Sammamish river runs through the heart of Woodinville, and we have waterfront parks where locals spend time outside year round. There are also miles of bike trails through scenic forests. Woodinville is also home to one of King County’s best school districts, the Northshore School district. Woodinville High School is well respected for its academic, arts and sports programs. Many homes in Woodinville are surrounded by trees and forests. Some overlook verdant farmland. Others are steps away from the dining and shopping in the core of town. Whether you are looking for a condo downtown, a midcentury home in the woods, or a luxury home with some acreage, Woodinville can accommodate. If you’d like to learn more about Woodinville, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
